Rachel graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a degree in Psychology and Business Management before earning her Esthetician License from Dallas Skin Institute. As CEO of Beyond Appearance, she leads the company’s daily operations, business strategy, client experience, marketing, and brand development while continuing to care for clients in the treatment room.
